We can look after your dog while you enjoy the sunshine

Absolutely, it is what we are all about. Your Dawgy will be inside and treated as part of the family.

Yes, we are required to walk your dog daily and we understand the importance of a daily walk & interaction – We play all day!

Yes, in fact we insist upon it. It is very important you feel comfortable with the Minder and that the Minder feels confident that they will be able to care for your dog.

For long stays 5 days or more we insist on trial sleep over and walk to make a qualified assessment

You need to contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 14 days from the start of your booking, you will get a refund of all money paid with the exception of a $50 booking fee. If you cancel within 14 days from the start of your booking you will unfortunately lose the $50 booking fee and the 50% deposit you paid upfront.

We are experienced to give these injections and medicines at your request.

Yes, it is a government requirement that all dog’s have a current vaccinated certificate and be wormed treated before their stay and you do need to produce a copy to your minder when you have your “Meet & Treat” before arrival.

Yes, all Dawgs that stay with us must use a recognised flea/ tick treatment purchased at reception on arrival, we want to ensure our home remain flea/ tick free. This also ensures your Dawg comes home flea free.

With bush surroundings there is bound to be these little critters around.

For any minor problems we prefer not to bother you while you are away but if they have any major health problems, we will contact you or your nominated emergency contact.

We are happy to provide your dog a nutritionally balanced lightly cooked or raw diet. – Please ask to select your dog’s menu for the duration of their stay with us.

Your dog’s bed, & medication only.

Prevention is always best and all our home has been checked for security. You also inspect the property when you visit before your dog’s stay. However, we are prepared if a determined dog should scale over a fence or dig under a fence. We have solid procedures and reporting in place. We will have a dog collar that we will place on your dog before the dog’s stay with our contact information on it.

If we feels that your dog is not well, we will assess the situation and decide if your dog needs to go to the vet . If it is decided that it is in the dog’s best interest to receive vet care, we will take them to your vet and we will let you or your nominated emergency contact know. If it is an emergency then we will get your dog to the closest vet and report the incident as soon as possible.

Yes, we have an abundance of wildlife that come on and off the property

We have safety measures including fencing to protect your dog against those not so friendly wildlife but you do need to understand they still may be present from time to time.

Yes, we take pride in our hotel and the belongings we have and we want each and every dog to enjoy our equipment, furniture & surroundings.  If it is destroyed we need to replace it.

Yes, Public holidays there will be x2 charge, Saturdays at x 1.5 and Sundays at x 2 unless staying over 10 days and only public holiday charges are applicable.
